Do I have to book both flight and hotel

Our deals are made in a way, where you can book flight and hotel, only the flight, or only the hotel. once you go to our partner website, you can also change the hotel, the amount of rooms etc.


How is our price calculated?

Our price is calculated based on the per person total for a round trip flights and a total accommodation

As a hotel room sells based on 2 people, you will need to add 1 more accommodation fee if you travel alone.

For e.g:

If you see on BạnBay a deal to Bangkok 111.5 USD at the Main page, you click on the deal to the detail page, it breaks down the price to 96 USD per round trip flight per person, and 15.5 USD per accommodation per person of a couple, so you need to multiply it by 2 because hotel room is for 2 persons. If you travel alone, you would need to pay 96 USD + (15.5 USD x 2 for accommodation) = 127 USD. If you travel as a couple, it is (96 USD x2) + (15.5 USD x 2) = 223 USD at the booking sites.


How do I search for my ideal deal?

At the Home page of destinations, click on the ‘Show More’ at the bottom, choose your best hotel and flight. Click between deals (Flights and Stars) to compare if you would like to. Once you’ve found your ideal deal click on ‘Show Me This Deal’ and you’ll be redirected to the deal page. Here you can review your deal and go to our partner sites to make your reservation. Looks like it’s time to start packing!

To avoid disappointment, it’s best to verify requests with the booking site directly.


Where is my booking confirmation?

In some cases, it may take up to 72 hours for the booking site to send the booking confirmation. Has it been longer since you’ve booked? Is your trip coming up soon? It’s always best to speak to the booking site directly


What if there’s an error on my booking confirmation?

You receive your confirmation and realise that there is a mistake in the information.

Perhaps the confirmation you received was for a different flight than you wanted or the hotel address doesn't match. Did it happen due to an error on our page, after being redirected to the booking site?
